NOTE: It is leak-proof, but from experience, we don’t recommend putting it in a handbag or backpack where the flap might get knocked open. It does open easily with a slight push of the fingers, and that might not go so well if it gets bumped in a bag. The open side pocket of a backpack or anywhere that will keep it upright without knocking the flap is fine.
It comes with a spongy, non-slip rubber layer on the bottom that also protects any surface you put it on. It’s even dishwasher safe.
